We utilize UPS for all our shipping and backend processing needs. All products with be shipped UPS Ground for domestic destinations unless otherwise specified.
- UPS Ground has a typical delivery time of 2-5 business days after your payment has been approved and your order has been processed.
- Delivery times are based on your locations in proximity to Annapolis, MD USA.
- Shipping rates are determined by size, weight and geographic location.
- Upon order placement you will be sent email notification of your purchase with your UPS order tracking number.
International Shipments will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Typical delivery times after your order has been processed are as follows:
- Delivery in two business days to Canada
- Delivery in two or three business days to Mexico
- Delivery in three or four days to Europe
- Delivery in four or five days to Asia and Latin America
UPS Worldwide Expedite also includes:
- Free UPS On-Call PickupSM for shipments originating in the U.S.
- Door-to-door service with in-house customs clearance
- Up to three delivery attempts
Duties and fees imposed by customs on imported merchandise will include the applicable charge based on the value and/or gross weight and may differ according to the commodity. You are responsible for payment of all duties and fees. Fees are implemented by the customs broker or agent for its services.
- All packages are insured by NOBLU.org, LLC at no additional cost.
- Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been processed.
- NOBLU.org has negoiated preferred rates with UPS to make our shipping costs more affordable for our customers.
- Alaska, Hawaii and other UPS declared remote locations will be charged a shipping uplift charge according to the UPS shipping schedule.
- Should there be a delay in order fulfillment you will be contacted by one of our representatives.

Maryland residents will be charged a sales tax of 6% or current tax rate according to the sates tax laws of Maryland.
